Blairscove is a food place that happens to host weddings, not the other way round. Dinner is served in a stone walled room that started life as a barn, the ceremony can happen in the courtyard or a marquee, and the whole thing looks out over Dunmanus Bay.
It is deep into West Cork near Durrus, which means guests make a weekend of it. Capacity is 40 and accommodation is on site, though the property is not let on a fully exclusive basis, so check what else is happening.
