Kinnitty Castle sits at the foot of the Slieve Bloom Mountains on a site first founded in 1209, rebuilt in the Gothic Revival style. The wedding meal is served in the Great Hall of the O'Carrolls, a medieval-style banqueting hall with vaulted ceilings.
The castle is approved for civil ceremonies, so the whole day can stay in one place. There are 37 bedrooms in the castle and the kitchen is in house.
