A place with character.
Clontarf Castle is the city option that still looks like a castle in photographs. Parts of it date to 1172, the interiors are theatrical, and there are 111 beds so nobody is hunting for a taxi at two in the morning.
It is a working hotel rather than an exclusive use property, so there can be other events in the building. For a small wedding that needs to be easy for guests flying in, that trade off is usually worth it.
